Tools for Serious Web Geeks BBEdit 5.0 features a laundry list of new features, including expanded HTML commands, integration with Canto Cumulus, a Cyberstudio code cleaner, syntax coloring for ASP and Javascript, and more. BBEdit is still available for Macintosh only. (You PC folks don't know what you're missing.) Check out the new feature set on the Barebones web site at http://web.barebones.com/products/bbedit/new.html. New in HomeSite 4.0 is a visual tool that aids in rapid prototyping, expanded syntax coloring, a Javascript wizard, a tag inspector, and a new Site View feature that lets you view your site hierarchically and is tied in with HomeSite's link checker. Allaire, like Barebones, still hasn't quite grasped the beauty of a cross-platform attitude: HomeSite is available only for Windows 95/NT machines.
